At CentralGyn, we offer dedicated appointments for contraception. First, we try to understand the needs and risk factors of our patients, and based on that, we provide counseling about the different methods, helping them choose the one most suitable for them

• Counseling about different contraception methods
• Insertion of Intrauterine Devices (IUD)
• Insertion of IUD with Local Anesthesia or Total Anesthesia (at the Bethanien Clinic or Hirslanden Im Park)
• Counseling about Pills (Combined Oral Contraceptives or Single Hormone Pills)
• Emergency Contraception ( morning after pill like ellaOne®, NorLevo® or Copper IUD)
